• Submit false, misleading or third-party personal data through our forms without authority to do so.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.

Information you submit through our contact or application forms must be accurate and your own. By submitting, you consent to our processing that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not create an offer, an employment relationship, or any obligation on our part to respond.

Retained search services are provided under a separate written mandate agreement setting out scope, fee structure and invoicing schedule. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to provide services.

Indicative commercial terms discussed in proposals or presentations are subject to confirmation in that mandate agreement.

Executive search is an advisory service. While we apply rigorous calibration, assessment and referencing, we do not warrant that any search will result in a hire, or that a placed candidate will achieve any particular performance outcome. The terms that apply in the event a placement does not work out are those set out in the applicable mandate agreement.
