What you'll do

Build organisation-by-organisation market maps across target sectors and functions.
Learn to decompose a mandate into competency vectors rather than job titles — the core skill of the practice.
Prepare briefing notes and candidate intelligence that consultants take into client conversations.
Progress toward running elements of live mandates within the first year.

What we're looking for

Recent graduate or up to two years' experience, in any discipline
Genuinely structured thinker — this work rewards rigour over polish
Writes clearly, and is curious about how businesses actually operate
