Carry mandates and the relationships they sit inside — scoping the search, running the delivery, and building the partnership beyond a single seat.

What you'll do

Run live mandates end to end: calibration, market mapping, candidate conversations, assessment and close. This is a delivery seat before it is anything else.
Scope new mandates alongside clients and shape the search narrative before delivery begins.
Be the point of accountability for a portfolio of client relationships — coverage, timelines, and the honest conversation when something is slipping.
Manage candidate experience through the process, including the people who do not get the role.
Grow relationships into multi-mandate partnerships, including depth planning and long-horizon capability building.

Three or more years in executive search, recruitment delivery, or consultative B2B account management in professional services
Has personally run searches — sourcing, screening and candidate conversations — not only managed someone who did
Credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable delivering unwelcome news early
Organised enough to hold several live mandates without any of them going quiet
